At Windsor & Johnston, we want you to be completely satisfied with your skincare purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, you have the right to return it within 14 days of delivery.

Please note the following conditions for all returns:

- Products must be returned in their original packaging and contain at least 50% of the original product.

- Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.

- Windsor & Johnston is not responsible for products during transit and assumes responsibility only once the item has arrived at the delivery address.

- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
